Arthur Kraft’s Garden of the God Watercolor Series

Two watercolor on paper from Arthur Kraft’s Garden of the God series.

Kraft’s time in Colorado is undocumented and remains a mystery to date. His specimen-like illustration of rocks found in Colorado Springs’ Garden of the Gods provides a remarkable contrast to the usual panoramic views of the monumental geologic formations in the park.

  1. Joe DiGiovanni says:

I have some work by Mr. Kraft and I’m interested in selling them. Anyone have any idea how to do that?

  2. Brenda Conner says:

Did Arthur Kraft ever sign his work Kraft without the A in front? I have a watercolor titled The Palace of Ice that looks like his work and is attributed to him but the signature is as described. The hand writing for Kraft looks right.
